I hope you are doing well! I know it's been a long time since we've talked, but I wanted to update you on my continued progress. I've continued to lose weight and exercise. I currently weigh 173 pounds and wear a size 10 jeans/shorts. 175 was my goal weight (after 190). I haven't decided what I want my final weight/size to be. Right now, I want to focus more on body composition and gaining muscle. I'm walking two 10ks in a couple of weeks and for training, I'm wearing a weighted vest with 25 pounds of weight in it.
Your help, guidance, and support made all of the difference and I wanted to say Thank You! I have never felt better in my life!
I'm attaching a before & current picture. The before picture is from the summer of 2017 and was probably at my highest weight if not close to it. The other picture is from this past week.
